HaystackID Acquires eDiscovery AI to Expand GenAI Legal Workflows

The companies said eDiscovery AI’s technology is already integrated into HaystackID’s core AI offerings through custom workflows designed to help legal teams move from large data sets to “actionable clarity.” Jim Sullivan will remain CEO of eDiscovery AI, and HaystackID said it will continue serving existing eDiscovery AI customers through a separate business entity, while also offering integrated capabilities to HaystackID clients.
