GOLDEN VALLEY, Minn. — October 9, 2025 — Omnia Fishing, a Minnesota-based data-centric fishing technology company, has entered a strategic partnership and asset sale with Thorne Brothers of Blaine to enhance inventory, fulfillment, and customer experience.
The collaboration pairs Omnia’s map-based e-commerce platform with Thorne Bros’ warehouse and retail operations, aiming to boost product availability and shipping efficiency.
Omnia also introduced Omnia CORE, a new $39 annual subscription offering mapping tools, waypoint management, and 5% credit back. It complements the existing Omnia PRO plan at $59, which includes 10% credit back and Navionics mapping.
